PageSpinner has support for uploading the current document to an FTP server by using any scriptable file transfer program. Select the menu item File:Preferences:Web Site... to specify the transfer application, URL and password for your Web directory, and the root folder that contains your HTML files on your hard disk.
This folder contains scripts to be used with Fetch 3.0.1, Anarchie 2.0.1 or Anarchie Pro 3, NetFinder and Finder.
The first time you use the Save to Web Server command you will be asked to locate the file transfer application if it isn't running.
If you have access to your server files on the desktop, using a local folder with e g Personal Web Sharing or mounted as a volume via AppleShare, you can select to use Finder as the file transfer application in the Web Site Preferences to copy the files to a specified folder or volume.
Select Save to Web Server… in PageSpinner's File menu to save the current file on the server you have specified. The transfer are done in the background so you can continue to work in PageSpinner with other files. After the file has been successfully transferred you will hear a Beep - if there are problems the script or the File Transfer Application will most likely notify you by displaying an alert message.
The text file FTP Server Settings contains the URL that specifies the current file server, directory, user id, password etc. During a session your password are stored in a readable format in this file, but the contents in the file are removed when you quit PageSpinner .
About Anarchie…
Anarchie is an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) client for the Macintosh. It will let you browse FTP sites, upload or download files, or find them using an Archie or Mac Search. It requires System 7 and MacTCP 1.1 or later. System 7.5 and MacTCP 2.0.6 or later are both highly recommended.

About Fetch...
Fetch is a Macintosh program for transferring files. It uses the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and therefore allows a networked Macintosh to transfer files with any connected machine that supports FTP. Fetch requires a Mac Plus, System 4.1, and either MacTCP, OpenTransport, or (at Dartmouth) KSP.
